Let Geek Squad do it

New ipad

Upon arrival I was helped at the time of my appointment. The gentleman listened about my problems. He worked on it for about an hour. Explained what je did and what I should do now. Very helpful and polite.

My experience with the Geek Squad

When I dropped off my computer I was charged too much. The man that finished my computer gave me a credit. He didn’t have to do it. I would have never known I was over charged. He explained what was done and answered all of my questions. He was an exceptional and one of the nicest man I have ever met.

I do appreciate the Geek Squad

Is it set up to the technicians way of using the product? I would think it should be as close to the original laptop as possible, OR contact me to see if I want it set up as the technician use the products.

Geek squad fixed my pc in under 30 minutes!
