My purchase of a laptop required that the geek squad had to transfer all of the files in my previous laptop to the new one. This was done quickly professionally, and they answered all of my questions.

The Gerk Squad team ha assisted me was great In addition to installing the Microsoft Office software they also helped me organize my files and multiple emails accounts I was having problem with

The agent diagnosed my computer and found the hard drive was bad. The tech was able to retrieve my important data, replace a new drive and my computer is running again.

I purchased a new computer to replace a 8 year old one. I use some obsolete software (123) and had 3 CD's I had collected over the years. They were able to install it and is working great. I also purchased a SSD drive to replace the HD and had an external hard drive I used on my old computer and they put all my old stuff on the new drive. Now a Happy Camper!

My other computer died when I accidentally spilled some water on it. The Geek Squad checked it, and the hard drive was shot. Bought new computer and they were able to retrieve the data and transfer it to new computer. All was well again!

The person that helped me set up my new MacBook was super nice and handled everything with ease.

They had issues with mapping my 365 account but overall, they were both friendly and helpful. They did everything else okay. The website to set up an appointment is tough. Sometimes, you set up and appointment for Greece and it bounces to Henrietta. When you try to fix it, it does not work. It happened to me twice.
