My laptop is working great now with my new battery.

I had a difficult request. After two tries by different people, a third person successfully was able to do what I asked.

Everyone was so incredibly helpful and fast. I'm disabled and can't sleep from spine damage. It is my main distraction. They worked really quick to get it back to me. I really appreciated that.

I purchased a new computer to replace a 8 year old one. I use some obsolete software (123) and had 3 CD's I had collected over the years. They were able to install it and is working great. I also purchased a SSD drive to replace the HD and had an external hard drive I used on my old computer and they put all my old stuff on the new drive. Now a Happy Camper!
