Does not work with smartphones.

Returned to store and receive the same pair. Opened headphones at the customer service desk and they didn't work either. Seem as if the volume button wasn't even in the clicker/speaker. Will not buy again.

busted within a week

The earbuds simply pop right off of the end of the lines! Total junk. Obviously overpriced, not worth the money, which is a shame, because the sound is great coming out of the earbuds, while they're still attached, that is.

Broke very quickly and out of no where.

Not long after i returned to listen to more music and the left ear bud stopped working. I unplugged the headphones and plugged them back in but still no sound in the left. Im just glad i paid the $10 insurance for the $20 pair of headphones.
