Ok, to start off, I was searching around the web for reviews to judge if I wanted these. Seeing they're reviewed 5 stars everywhere, I decided to buy them. Best decision I've ever made! Buy these, I hesitated just like you are right now, which is why you're reading these reviews. I had the choice to get the Beats, but they didn't sound as good as these. The bass on these Tracks HD are amazing! The Beats on the display were ripped which made me realize how cheap they are. Also, I show these off to all my friends and family by acting like I'm going to break them, these are virtually indestructible; just like advertised.

Bought headphones for my son on 3/15/14, have already had to contact the manufacture because one of the headphones sound went out. We are awaiting a replacement pair.

I have listened to all of Beats by Dre headphones and they don't even come close to the bass or sound of these headphones, the funny part about it alot of ppl don't realize that the guy who created Sol Republic is the son of the CEO of Monster who makes Beats by Dre. But anyway these headphones go for half the price and just embarrass the Beats by Dre save ur self some time and $ and get the Sol Republic HD

Bought these headphones for my teenage son who happens to break everything he owns. These, however, are nearly indestructible and deliver a very pleasing sound. Strong bass, and decent mids and highs. Comfortable for a small to average size head. However can become quite uncomfortable for a person with an above average size head: indestructible head band puts too much pressure on ears during long listening sessions. I would imagine the same for the non-HD phones. The only adjustments are the headphones are able to slide on headband.

You can't beat these headphones. Every time I put them on, I'm more and more impressed with the sound quality they produce. I've listened to a lot of different genres with these, and I'm blown away. These reproduce the sound that, in my belief, the artists wanted you to hear. The lows are powerful and the highs are crisp and clear. Listening to songs I've heard hundreds of times before, I'm able to pick up new things here and there. It also doesn't hurt that they're comfortable and adjustable so everyone can have a perfect fit. Fantastic headphones!!!

These Tracks HD headphones are really nice for listening to music for long periods of time. They travel well in their included soft bag. The head strap is very bendable and can be straightened out completely! The sound engines slide easily along the interchangeable "track" in case you want to customize later with a new color for the next season. Tracks are sold separately, but can be found on clearance sometimes. Nice clear sounds and there is not a lot of sound leakage from the cans. This way I can listen late at night without disturbing my wife. Nice purchase and I am pleased.

This is the first set of good quality headphones I have purchased. I went into my local store to try them out and these definitely caught my attention. I compared the SOL Republic Tracks HD to others like Monster DNA, Beats by Dre, etc. But the SOLs definitely took the cake. Not only are they far more affordable than the others, but the quality of the product is excellent. I like how everything comes apart and how indestructible they are. The sound quality is amazing. I can really hear the separation of the different sounds. Vocals could be better. But the music definitely makes it for me. It has the perfect amount of bass without making the sound muddy. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Definitely worth the money.

These are an incredible pair of headphones. When I walked into school with these on, people were like, why don't you just get beats? These are better. They're cheaper, and they sound better. The bass doesn't drown out all of the other sounds that were supposed to be heard. They have the bang for the price, 129 for incredible music. Defiantly worth it, thinking about even buying the Amps HD now.

I have purchased different pairs of headphones. Trying to find the right ones was a lengthy process. These sound very similar to the beats line. They sound great they are very comfortable and very affordable. I hear that these are made by the son of president of monster. I would like to see some noise cancellation headphones. I'm on the plane alot.

I have been shopping for headphones for about a year now, and without a doubt, these do not disappoint. I was really captivated by the Beats line because of the style and sound, but I was reluctant because the music precision and clarity suffered due to a deep resonating bass (and I like bass). I have owned both buds (etymotics hf2) and over the ear phones (bose oe2) that have extremely good true sound quality, as well as bass heavy phones. These seem to come somewhere in between. The Tracks HD have excellent sound quality and clarity with a rich, vibrant warmth. They achieve what I consider balance of sound. I listen to music on almost every end of the spectrum, and these do not disappoint in any genre. Whether hip-hop, classical, pop, r&b, or just a simple ballad; they are hard to beat. The lower priced model, the Tracks, is more like the Beats on ear phones in my opinion. The Tracks HD, more of a perfect blend of accurate, warm bass with audiophile quality. Very good phones; I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Great quality headphones at a reasonable price. The bass on these headphones are great. These have better sound quality than the beats solo hd. These are very comfortable headphones as well. Great Job Sol Republic!

What's great about it: Quality sound. Reasonable price. Durable. Interchangeable options to personalize/customize them. What's not so great: No complaints yet. This product has... Good fit. Stylish. Customizable. About me... Budget conscious yet demanding.

I Absolutely LOVE THESE HEADPHONES......these things are stylish, cheap in price, and mostly SOUNDS AMAZING. I am actually wearing them right now as I am writing this review. They sound so good, It is hard for me to want to take them off. If you are looking for those overly priced Beats by Dre just for the looks, All have to say is you are wasting your money on something that sounds good as a pair of $130 headphones (the Sol Republic Tracks HD). The highs, mids, and lows on these headphones are amazing. The voices are clear and crisp. And the bass, o dear lord don't get me started, as the box says, IT DOES HAVE POWERFUL BASS, there are some songs when you have them,even with no equalizer, you can feel the vibrations travel from your ears to your jaw, it is like having a mini subwoofer built-in. If you like hip-hop, dubstep, pop, etc. this is your pe of headphone. Do not overpay for some headphones just for the name. These headphones are just as good, or even better than Beats by Dre.

I walked the store for over an hour looking for a comfortable over-the-ear headphone. I was impressed with the Beats by Dre and almost bought a pair but am so glad I found the Sol Republic HD's on my way out. The sound is very comparable to the Beats and they are $70 less. They are as comfortable and solid feeling, but I wish the cans swiveled. Not a deal breaker though as they are very comfortable and adjust well so even my kids can wear them. I like the weight and feel of the HD's over the standard Tracks too.

So i went and shoped and tried a bunch diff headphones decided on this liked the look and light weight and it was ok for a short time .I liked the build quality sounded ok in the store with sample music , I suggest bringing music you like with you .once i got home and started listening to my music.i found the bass a little too exaggerated formy taste .great when listening to bassy songs but not so great listening to other types of music and for me were not very comfortable after a hr or so .I returned them and decided on the sony mdr 10 for me much more comfortable being over the ear and still just as light weight more realistic sound .wore them for hrs no complaints. So would i recommend them yea for people who like on ear and only listen to music with bass.

I've got quite a few headphones that I use with my Ipod Touch and other devices. Most of these are considered monitoring headphones with a neutral sound signature. In the past I've tried a numer of headphones that emphasized bass, but they always had murky high and mid ranges to go along with the strong bass. I've been following the news and reviews of SOL Republic headphones for awhile, and today went to Best Buy to pick up the Tracks HD. I'm really glad I did. The punchy and emphasized bass is there; but not at the expense of the mids and highs, which are nice and clear. The resulting sound signature is a lot of fun to listen to, and works with all types of music. I'm having a great time getting re-acquainted with music I haven't listened to in a while.

I have had these for about 6 months and I must say they still hold up just fine! The sound is great for their value and heck they sound as good if not better than some higher end headphones. Compared to beats...these "beat" the beats buy a lot! I love how you can change the headband and cables to fit your style! The headband is super durable, I was able to bend them flat 180 degrees!!!!!! After a little while you feel a little fatigue on your ears but readjusting fixes that. I could not recommend these more!

I wanted a pair of good headphones that have more of a tonal balance overall. The more popular brands out there tend to be "bass-crazy" that the mids and the highs get drowned out. Enter SOL Republic's Track HD. The bass is not overwhelming and it's just at the right level for my taste. Additionally, I get the crisp treble with the vocals in there to fully enjoy my music, track after track after track. With the almost indestructible and replaceable headband, and the removable cones make these headphones very appealing to me. I have seen many demo headphones broken from constant use in stores, but not with the headband this comes with. You can twist it, bend it, pound it and it won't break! And they are available in other colors! Overall, they are a great headphones at a great price. Definitely a good buy.

These are the best headphones on the market for the 100$ to 400$ Price range! I am a 14 year old kid , now everybody buys Beats By Dre, But i didn't know if i could afford it with my own money , So i spent so much time searching for headphones to use! Then i found these bad boys. The price is 130$ Which is 70$ less than beats , but have a greater Bass and sound than beats do for the 200$ price. These headphones are not only nice and sound amazing , but also affordable , especially for a 14 year old with no salary lol. They are a nice fit and fit perfectley on to any ear. Small or huge (like mine). Best headphones i have ever gotten!

Sol republics tracks HDs are very comparable to beats by dr dre. Sol republic has made headphones that sound clearer than Beats plus have made them indestructible. The band is comfortable and if you break them some how you can get a replacement for $20. Unlike Beats where if you break them which is likely, they're ruined. My friend who owns a pair of beats hds said these are more comfortable and clearer. The bass sounds the same on both headphones. I have had these for a month and the sound is still great. In all save the $70 and get great headphones.
