It did not. This would not power my Ring Spotlight Cam. I am going to return it and get an extra battery.

The Solar Panel requires around 3-4 hours of direct sunlight per day in order to provide a trickle charge to the battery in your Spotlight Cam. Understand that Ring batteries often do not accept a charge in colder climates. That disclaimer is not clear when they sell these in colder climates. The panel works as expected, but not always in winter.

It also helps if you are able to mount your panel where it gets direct sunlight (no different than home solar installations)
