Solar Panel

I am hoping in a few weeks as spring arrives the sunlight will move and be strong enough to charge. If not, it will be returned.

We understand how important it is to rely on solar power to help charge the battery in your Ring camera. The Ring Solar Panel should do just that, by providing a trickle charge to the battery when the panel receives direct sunlight. Rest assured, we hear your concern and are here to help.
For the device to function as intended, your Ring battery must be fully charged before using the solar panel. You should then notice a small but steady increase in battery every day. This way, you can prolong the time between having to manually recharge the battery. Please note that our solar panel is not intended to charge a Ring battery from 0 to 100 percent.

Missing A Small part

If you don’t see the connector secure piece at end of the cable, call ring and they will send it to you. My recommendation will be get a wired camera. 0 false alert and save solar panel money.

The fall is a different story even with repositioning. Cannot keep up with changing and finding my battery is dying every couple days. Thankfully I have a spare battery.
