No where does it indicate it’s for the stickup cam. Also on line it does not state it as well. Works great but VERY CONFUSING.

Had it installed March of 2021 (life happened and I couldn't get to it sooner). It's now Nov 2022 and it stopped working last week. I called Ring customer support and they can't help unless I figure out a way to get the serial number from the back of it. The issue? It's really high and I have no way to get to it so I'm stuck with no help and no camera bcz the batteries (I have 2 in it) drain within 2 days without the panel.

Posted .Hi Kory72. The Solar Panel provides a trickle charge to your batteries. While this does greatly reduce the amount of time in between charges, your batteries will still occasionally need to be charged manually. I had to move them several times, as if they don't get direct sunlight, they don't work well at all.
