This will sometimes charge them and other times the batteries run out and I have to climb up a ladder, get them, charge them and then go up the ladder again to reload the batteries. If I had to do it over again I would just pay to hard wire electricity to the rind spotlight. This is only average.

I cannot get an answer of why. They seem to be charging the battery, but don't know if there will be a problem as time goes by.
