This is a beautiful tv for the price point it has quality pictures with great colors. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tv

First off, finding a TV this size, for this price is tough. Secondly, you cannot to wrong with this TV. Pictures are incredible (1080p) along with a wife variety of settings to make the picture extra vibrant or dark (depending on preferences). The sound can get incredibly loud and the speaker in this TV are better than most flat screens. I strongly recommend purchasing this TV (we went back and bought 2 additional ones).

It has 48.5-inch panel with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, which is a long way off what you get from a 4K TV. Nevertheless, this is still ideal as your main TV if you are on a budget, or just looking for a second TV in your bedroom, or another room in the home.

I really am thrilled with this tv. I always buy Toshiba TV's. I really find the picture after a little tweaking absolutely perfect. The only issue with this tv is the sound. The Toshiba that I replaced was a 42" and had a much better control of the sound. The level for comfortable listening was at 22. This 49" tv at night I can only go up to 5 and even that is too loud and it disturbs my sleeping wife. Going from 5 to 4 and I can barely hear it. There is just not enough control of the volume If it wasn't for this it would be perfect and I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Tittle says it all. Can't beat the price. So far so good. Can't find anything else for the same price and size. Definitely a great buy

good picture, decent sound for a flat screen TV, good value, if you have a magnetic screwdriver use it as 4 screws are small and could be lost if dropped

I love this TV.... I never heard about Toshiba TV before and always preferred Samsung and LG. Excellent price made me buy this one and am not disappointed.

Got it for $250, appearance wise, it's pretty slick and has very thin bezels. At first I was worried about the colors, a lot of colors seemed washed out, specially lighter colors. I was watching a national geographic nature documentary on it and the trees just looked like they were puked out neon green blobs, BUT, i played around with the picture settings a little bit, and got it looking pretty good. Then one day I plugged in my computer in it and i found that putting it in gaming mode made the colors match up to the colors i had in my 1440p IPS monitor almost completely, which made it look even better. If you're willing to tinker with the settings a bit, this tv can be a pretty good purchase, if you want something to be great out of the box, the price and the size should show you that this might not be it for you. Another note, the "DTS True Surround" thing it has is a selling point for a reason, the bottom mounted speakers on these are not too shabby at all, and they have a decent sound stage, meaning that it does produce sound in 3d, and it's pretty great.

This t.v. is just perfect for my bedroom the picture is crisp and clear and got the price it's one of the best offers out there.

I bought this for my for Valentines and she was so happy. Easy setup with HDMI and it was done in minutes. And the price was the cheapest I ever seen on a TV this size.

This is a nice bright tv for a lower price than the major brand name sets. The thin bezel is what helped me decide to make this purchase and also good reviews from various sites. I do end up adjusting many settings to get the picture how I liked it

We purchased the Tv for our accounting office. We were limited to space but wanted a clear picture since the tv is mostly used for a monitor on the wall so clients can see what we are working on. Of course the tv is used as a tv when we don't have clients. It has a great picture & strong sound. It's our 2nd toshiba tv that we have in the office. The 1st was bought 11 years ago & still going strong. It's a little thicker than some of the newer models but I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone.

GreatTV for the price. Nice picture and sound. Really lightweight. Would recommend this to on a budget looking for a great TV.

use this TV primarily for my parents who just like to watch basic TV and their shows. was bigger than i thought only because the border around the screen itself is small. but the colors are nice and overall a great TV

I like the fact that it was larger screen, but no wider than the one it replaced, so no install problems. Beautiful picture. Easy to use control.

I purchased one for myself and one to take to my mother in another state. My son's friend even bought one bases upon my recommendation. Everyone is nothing but pleased with the bang that we got for these bucks. Lol.

Bought this tv for my Grandma and she couldn't be happier with the picture. Also it was really easy to wall mount and setup.

This Toshiba 49 in L.E.D TV shows a very good picture. Color is good. Contrast is good. Black levels are good. Great value.
