in a large bedroom it needed expensive mounting brackets and it's still just not right. was originally intended for living room but was too small. buy bigger than you think you need.

I had a 40in Toshiba LCD prior to this 49in Toshiba LED and the 40in looked great and I never had any problems with it. The same holds true for this 49in LED. I picked up this TV while on sale for $299 and replaced the 40in LCD with it. The picture quality is great, the screen barely lets off any heat like the LCD did and it's nice and slim. If you're looking for a really nice, reliable and inexpensive LED in this size range you should pick this up. You won't regret it.

I bought this television during a flash sale. The size is correct for the space I wanted to use. I bought the TV on line. It did not arrive in good shape. I had to return it to the Best Buy store in town. I met a very nice lady when I took the TV in. I was given a new television in a short period of time. The picture quality is very good. I like everything about my purchase. It took a little time -- the store took care of my problem in good order. Nice people.

This set is absolutely perfect for my gaming needs. No input lag whatsoever. Basic 1080p set with no bells and whistles and no extra junk running in the background that causes a lot of issues. Perfect.

We had a competing brand on our lanai for 18 months and it just went up in smoke---literally! Needed something quick and inexpensive for our guests to watch while they were visiting our piece of paradise here in SWFL. Looked online and found this at a very inexpensive price. Picked it up and had it place within an hour of leaving the store. Excellent pic, great sound and can't say anything bad about our choice. Well worth the less than $300 price tag!
