For the money, this tv is a no Brainer. If you are looking for a 1080 p tv this is the one for you.

This is an upgrade from my current tv and its great! Very light and easy to work. Quality is great.

Good tv from Toshiba. Good picture quality. Set up was easy. Wish they would have included bolts that fit back of tv.

Got this TV on Thankgiving and this is truly amazing. 3 HDMI Inputs helps a lot. The previous TV I had had 1 HDMI port and was not desirable. Even at 300 Bucks its a good deal.

These TV are very affordable, less weight and long lasting. Good sound quality, can use as extended monitor !

My 50" plasma TV died and I was looking for a relatively inexpensive replacement. This Toshiba fit my needs very well. You don't get a lot of features, but this is my secondary TV and didn't really need a lot of bells and whistles. The picture quality is good enough - I wish that I had more control over the picture (color, contrast, etc.) as the presets don't really enhance the picture quality. Again, this TV is a good buy if your expectations are set properly.

Very nice budget television. Nothing stunning about the set but for a decent viewing experience, can't go wrong.

Got this on sale for $250. At that price I cannot complain. The overall picture quality leaves something to be desired: blacks could be deeper, motion could be more fluid, picture could be a little more crisp. Basically, the picture doesn't "pop" like my more expensive Vizio. But like I said, for the price I paid this is a great TV for videos and movies down in the basement.

I was ready to step up in size from my 40" and looked at many different TV's. Saw this one at Best Buy for an UNBELIEVABLE price--on sale for $279.99!! While it's NOT a "smart" TV(didn't want one), or an "ultra HD" model, for my purposes, it's a GREAT TV!! VERY good picture AND sound quality. Also, set-up was very easy as well!!

I bought this TV on a whim ... walked in the store to get a keyboard for my pc and seen this 50 inch tv for $299.99. I thought it was a mistake and asked the salesman. He said no mistake ...they were left over from Black Friday and they had just pulled them out of the stock room. I grabbed on and took it the register. I got it home and it's actually amazing. Great picture, sound, size, etc. I got Lucky!!!!

This TV works great with the ChromeCast. The only thing that needs to be done is to turn on CEC in the Setup menus, and then the ChromeCast can automatically turn it on.

I paid 299 for this picture is not the greatest a little grainy even with lots of tweaking but it was a great for the price and not as primary tv

Was worth the wait!!!!! Lol the price was the best and I can't wait until next year for more great Black Friday sales but I will probably be in to visit before then :-)

This TV doesn't have "smart" anything, and that's the way I wanted it. I already have a "smart" Blu0Ray player, and a PlayStation to hook up to it, so I didn't want or need that feature, because of that, the price was so much less that most any other model in this size. The picture quality and sound are excellent. Highly recommend this TV for those who don't want a TV that connects to the internet.

I was a little intimidated by just buying the TOSHIBA then just going to my car to have it delivered to me. I went home feeling afraid that I would not be able to set it up by myself. But, fortunately from carrying it in to my apt. to taking out of the box went smoothly w ith the help of my neighbor. I then went about setting it up only to find it easy to do. Thank-You for my TOSHIBA 49 inch T.V.
