It may not be the best Star Wars movie out there, but we really enjoyed the story of Han Solo to fill in the story line. 4k is sweet as can be since Star Wars are always darker, grainier looking films by design. Best Buy’s price match made this an even better buy.

Explains a lot about Solo, and how the empire came to be. A must have if you are a follower of the Star wars trilogy. Now the bad. Blu-rays are becoming to expensive and if this continues you will price yourself on of the market.

Such an amazing film! What’s even more awesome is this exclusive Best Buy Steelbook. It’s so detailed and I love the colors and art on the entire book. My collection is complete for now, until the next Star Wars film comes out on home release.

Disney once again hits the mark with a one off, and what better way than a story about Han and Chewbacca and how they bond as well as how they become the characters we know and love. and what a ride, not a dull moment. great movie !!!!!!!!

If you are a Star Wars fan you must see. Not the best Star Wars Saga but worthy. So interesting that everyone seems to know how to pilot the Falcon. They just seem to know instinctively which switches to toggle. As for acting, the wookie steals the show.

Solo didn't exactly light the world on fire at the box office but it's a perfectly enjoyable if somewhat unnecessary entry into the Star Wars series. It's a pleasant way to spend a couple hours and the blu-ray features are worth checking out.

The movie has a great cast and tells a good story of Han Solo's origin and connection with Lando and Chewy. The movie starts strong and ends strong but for me it is weak in the middle. Still very enjoyable and I would recommend it to my Star Wars friends.

Purchased this because I enjoyed the movie when it came out, in spite of the poor press and reviews it received at the time. Watching the DVD I found the film to be better than my first impression. Personally feel it fits in well with Star Wars.

perfect stocking stuffer. we enjoyed the movie. can see why some would not. purchased something else on line. had to go there to pick it up first. the cashier allowed me to pay for the movies i had in my hand as well. cut down standing in line. big thanks

Its a shame I don't think Solo was a bad SW movie I could see where this movie was going to eventually tie into the cancelled boba fett movie and Obi Wan movie since I am sure that at the end of each movie they all end up on Tatoine!

It's sad that Solo ended up with less box office due to backlash after criticism of the Last Jedi, because this was a great film. Along with Rogue One, Solo was a fun entry into the Star Wars canon and a proper origin story for Han.

I don't care what people say. This is without a doubt the best of the new Star Wars movies. The badmouthing is completely undeserved. The film is fun, has heart, and despite what the haters say, is a worthy addition to Star Wars.

It's a really fun movie. Good acting, a decent story and it does not turn it's back on the old extended universe and original trilogy. I'd rank it below Rouge One but I liked it more than the current trilogy especially The Last Jedi.

Solo is awesome! Despite the poor box office take, the movie oozes Star Wars, but feels like it carves out its own piece in the Galaxy. A mixture of sci-fi and western, young Man Solo comes to life in a thrilling heist of a lifetime!

My DVD collection keeps growing. Star Wars is one reason. And this movie is another keeper. The action is constant and I didn’t see the end coming. I was surprised, but only the first time I saw it. Can’t fool me after that! LOL

This is a great movie to watch if you are a more casual Star Wars fan or just want something to turn your brain off to. Not saying it's bad, but it isn't exactly an epic. I did very much enjoy my time with this movie

Film was surprisingly better than reviews and press had given it. Based on feedback, I waited until it came out on home video to watch but was very entertained with the film. Was able to stay away from spoilers so my viewing was impacted by that.

We enjoyed this Star Wars story of the early days of Han Solo more than some of the other recent Star Wars releases. It had a good blend of humor and action and of course the effects were incredible as usual. Looks great on 4K too.

Ron Howard's first soiree in the Lucasfilm Star Wars universe is a thrill ride. I really enjoyed this picture when it came out in theaters and I decided to add it to my collection when it became available at a more affordable price.
