The associate did a great job locating the item even though they placed in the wrong place. Good quality. I do wish they were a little bit louder but they will do. I enjoy the boldness of the red color.

That’s because it doesn’t cover the ears and it puts pressure on my ears. Other wise I would give it a five star. They are nice and well made, just not good for me cause it hurts my ears when I wear them for more than 30 minutes.
