I was deeply mistaken. This briefcase is quite sturdy and large enough for my laptop top with extra pockets for other instruments.

It is very stylish with many different insert to hold items. It is lightweight and you can carry it on shoulders because straps adjust.

I liked the black with orange piping. I can actually carry my 13.3 Mac Air and a 13.3 Lenovo laptop in the back at the same time. Plenty of space for both AC adapters and cables.

Good for laptop and other equipment

The laptop case has enough storage pockets to store and easily find various items. The material is thin, but that may not be significant. I like the strap along the back - it's good to hang the coffee mug there by the handle to bring it in the house at the end of the day, that allows me to handle other things. The main zipper opening doesn't open all the way down the sides like my old case did, but over time I found it's not a drawback.

It offers great protection plus two good sized front pockets. It's very sturdy and well made. VERY happy with it !!
