Decent bag, handle would be nice

It can also accommodate the mouse, power supply, and the mouse receiver while on the computer without problem. You're not going to want to drop your computer in this bag from the 10th story, it's just designed for the everyday dings and bumps of carrying your laptop in a bag or briefcase. I didn't think I would miss the handles but I do like to sometimes just carry my computer in the slip case so I have to carry under my arm.

For the laptop I purchased same day

I wanted pockets in a case to hold accessories which this does not have. It only holds the computer and nothing else. I would only recommend if you have the same size laptop I purchased this for and if you do not need the pockets. Otherwise it has nice padding inside.
