Bad handle

The second time it was used the handle that was stitched in came completely apart and therefore rendered the carrying case handles completely useless. Not a good check from the product people. There was no pulling or anything. It was merely picked up and the handle came detached.

Very nice sleeve!

It is made out of high quality materials, with a nice, soft, non scratching zipper. The inside is very plush and soft to also prevent scratching the pc. Constructed well, lies flat when opened so its easy to put pc in and take out. Light weight but padded enough for travel and storage. Great color and outside material. Very pleased, JUST what I wanted for my new laptop.
