    This is working very well for my Mother who prefers a briefcase style bag, but she can use it as a backpack if going long distances. The only issue is that she cannot completely zip it up if she had her wireless keyboard with her - it sticks out the side/top.

    This is a nice addition to my travel gear. I use it primarily for day trips when I have to take my laptop. If I use this a lot, eventually I might buy a higher quality model byTumi or another luggage company. But this was a great starter case.
