Good but needs more pockets

Really is intended for over shoulder use only not backpack. I use this for college but I find that an extra pocket or two would’ve really helped but oh well. Bottom of backpack straps stab into back when lots of weight is added. Makes very uncomfortable and forced you to use over the shoulder strap.
