    It looked perfect for my everyday use as well as travels. I purchased it, and I love it. However, I did have a problem where after about 7 months, the seam of the Handle came off. Luckily I had my mom sew it with Big Needle for me. i did not try calling customer sevice

    Good size and plenty of storage. Great quality on all zippers, straps and fabric. Does not work well as a backpack better suited as a crossover.

    Like case -Can be used as briefcase & converts to backpack. Wish it had an outside sleeve to slip documents or magazine into for quick access. Outside pocket with horizontal zipper allows items to fall out when opening vertical zipper near top would be safer.
