    Worked with the representative to find the right bag for wife’s new laptop. Old laptop had failed so purchased new larger laptop and old bag was too small. The representative used the store display computer to make sure it fit in the bag.

    THe main reason I bought this is because it is convertable from a brief to a backpack. Small and light so that I can actually pack it into my spinner and reduce it to only 1 carry-on when flying. Not very durable material. Good for traveling on subway train.

    The clasp that holds the shoulder strap broke within 2 weeks of use. It has all of the pockets and storage I needed but seems like it was made with chinsy materials. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Overall the bag was okay. Once i converted it to a backpack the straps are very short. I am 5'8" and the bag sat up against my neck.
