It's also convenient to be convertible for a backpack or briefcase Carrie. I will say that it would be five stars instead of four if it weren't for that type of material. The material will rip easily.

Sharp Looking Modern Bag

I have not used it like a back pack yet. One draw back is due to it also being like a back pack there are long straps that hang when I'm using it more like a side bag with the shoulder strap.
