    Solid if not great material quality. Fine for the price. This bag is a little smaller than I expected but due to the super short return window that Best Buy offers, I ran out of time to return.

    Price and quality, for what I needed it is Great. Had a much more expensive stylish bag and the zippers broke and it was heavy and clutsy. This was exactly what I needed. The service wAs excellent the rep saw me coming, asked me what I wanted and I was out the door

    I bought 2 laptop case. I was just disappointed in the way the guy in best buy he told me i was gone receive one by mail. The location was sherman oaks. I had to go to canoga park and purchased laptop case. I was happy they did have the cases.
