    Only complaint for this bag would be against the plastic clips that attach the shoulder strap to the bag. Would much prefer the metal ones.

    It's a laptop case. My Laptop fits in it and all the extra junk I need. Not a constant traveler, so use it sparingly. Can't speak on how it holds up under heavy use.
