It is goo for my uses which are personal not business.

I like the large storage spaces and shoulder strap.

Plenty of compartments for computers and notebooks.

Easy to carry. Provides good protection for laptop.

Had all I was looking for in new case for work and travel.

Wish it had more pockets. Nice material...durable.

This is a good product, just bulky and heavy for a female.

I like the product, but I've only had it a couple of months. The true test would come after about a year of steady use. The outer pocket is closed and secured by velcro fasteners. I have to wonder how long they will hold up. Time will tell . . .

Very nice bag, and would be great for a smaller 17.3 laptop. Bought and returned when I could not zip around my G752 gaming laptop. It was very nice, but didn't meet my needs.

I would have gave it 4 or 5 but the front on both side zippers does not stay zipped all the way up all the time so you always are checking it to make sure they are zipped up so nothing falls out but other than that it's nice

The bag is fine for the money. I would prefer a little more cushion for my laptop, and I don't care for the way the sections in the bag are arranged. I like to keep other items in my laptop bag, and there really isn't a place for these.

I went for the cheapest option here and should have looked a bit further. not a bad case just not what I really will use a lot... good case for the price though. just personal pref. are different.

I got two of these bags with missing the shoulder strap on both. I called, representative told me this item isn't available for exchange, unfortunately I have to return the item or he can give me 10 dollars discount blaming manufacturer for missing straps. It's a harassment to customer just because bestbuys shipping team is careless. It happened to me second time in 3 months.

Its ok, just wish the front pocket was more secure than just velcro and after a week it was on sale!

It was not what I wanted... only bought it to have something to bring home my new laptop. Hard to find a variety of styles and options in 17inch computer case

The clasps for the over the shoulder straps are not durable enough. It could be on your shoulder and in a moment's notice it will unclasp and your bag falls.

Decent bag as far as storage space and style, but the clasp on my carrying strap has broken twice in the 3 months I've owned it. Once, Best Buy was kind enough to replace it for me, but other times I have to contact the manufacturer and go thru a whole complicated process to get just the strap replaced. Not worth the trouble.

The carrying case is decent, but, outside pocket doesn't leave much room for things without it bowing out, leaving a gap that things could fall out of.
