I bought this specifically for a new laptop and I needed adequate width and it has enough for a 16 inch laptop. It has a nice padded slot for the computer and two other slots for stuff. It even has a snap for your keys so they won't get lost or fall out.

This is a great briefcase. Lots of room for my I-pad & noise cancelling headphones for the plane. Plus room for work/reading materials

I was really hesitant to give up my old case but when I got my new laptop it wouldn't fit in my old one. I originally got this case because it was the only one the fit and seemed fairly secure but I've really started to like this bag. I do photography so I always have a bunch of hard drives with me and this bag has space for a larger 17.3" laptop like mine or even two smaller ones in one compartment, I have seven external drives in another compartment, and then my mouse/mousepad/ power supply easily fit into the front pouch. The only thing that really still doesn't do it for my is the strap.. it's awkward to wear/carry and never seems to straighten out.. but not a deal breaker by any means.

I'm a teacher and I need to stuff my laptop and many other items in my bag. this one do that nicely and still looks very professional

I went to several Best Buy stores to buy a Lap Top bag and this was about the best they had in stock. It is light, has some nice pockets, but I am not too keen on the front Velcro pocket as I'm afraid I will lose something. Does not have any extra protection for the laptop.

I still have it and use it. I use it to put my folders and stuff I need for my workplace. I I'm so satisfied.

Nice bag for the price. Plenty of room for files and accessories as well as your laptop. The velcro should be full width on the out side pouch

Got this for my dad for his new laptop which fits perfectly! Has a lot of compartments, which is why I got it. Nice color and fits his 17.3" laptop. Would recommend.

I bought it for my grand daughter, and she loves it. she is able to carry all her stuff in it and even her lunch sometime.

This is a very well constructed bag. The pockets are nicely lined, roomy and the accessories compartments are nicely organized. The best bag I've had so far.

This laptop case seems to be built very well and has all the pockets needed for smaller accessories such as a wireless mouse, charger, etc.

I liked the organization pockets with this particular case. It holds everything I need for traveling and gives plenty of protection for my new Dell that I purchased.

This is the second case that I have purchased. They hold up for years and are very durable. Only flaw is the velcro on the front cover. It will give after time because the strap is attached to it. Other than that, a great case for the money.

Love the briefcase for my 17.3 laptop, fits just perfect and the extra side storage are just right for storage of mouse, papers, pens and more.

I'm brutal on my laptop cases and I'm consistently looking for something light because I have the heaviest laptop! Great organization and fits my laptop perfectly.
