Problematic bought twice had two weeks both stopped woring

They did not fit over the ears and were too short for my son's head.

Love the headphones but one side of them is not working anymore

I’ve used these headphones for a few months, and while the sound quality is not bad, it’s nothing exceptional. Unfortunately, one side stopped working, and the plastic band is starting to wear out, which raises concerns about durability. The ergonomic design isn’t the most comfortable for long listening sessions. Given the price and hype around Beats, I expected better build quality. If you’re looking for stylish headphones with average performance, there are more durable options out there.

I would never recommend this item. It does not work for me. The only thing I can do is turning it on. Item did not come with instructions.

Great sound good quality can’t go wrong with beats

Great sound quality as usual . This is our 3 pair.

Sort of comfortable but prefer over ear instead of on ear. Overall volume levels, bass, and sound customization are incredibly lacking. These don't sound any better than old crap headphones I used to use with CD walkmans. Pretty sad.

It’s okay, but other people can hear your music outside of the headphones

I bought these for my son for his birthday. They were not even 6 months old before one side stopped working. I would not buy these again. With the price I expected better quality.

Very nice color structure etc But the volume is not loud

Purchased on December 15 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She first used them on Dec 25. The left headphone stopped working on February 12. The previous Beats I bought did the exact same thing. Big sticker price for a name brand. Lesson learned. Twice.

Only i used it for two months it battery went dead

Volume was not that loud and while comfy, I could hear my footsteps as I ran on the treadmill. Not worth the price when I get better results from a cheaper brand

The sound could be a lot louder for the money you spend.

The have a horrible echo during phone calls they also get dirty really fast. I had to buy additional ear covers to keep them looking nice.

The sound leakage is so bad it is more like a speaker than headphones. the volume is not even at 50% and I can hear every word of the song playing when I take them off. Also falls off head really easily. Not worth the money at all

The sound quality of these was not as good as I expected. I needed a good pair of headphones for my vacation, and I know I have sensitivity to scratchy sound, but when I would turn these up I was disappointed because the sound wasn’t clear - my gaming headphones have a better sound unfortunately.

I bought my Beats pro for 249,00 and the next day it went down to 149,00 and Best Buy had no consideration once so ever for me. I was also surprised with the quality of these Beats pro, they have lots of static even at low level sound being used with a cable or wireless.
