I wish the packaging included the Aux cable so that I don’t have to go to the store to purchase one separately. Overall it’s a good product so far, considering I got it as Christmas gift and haven’t had the chance to use it consistently.

Work great but the sound is not as loud as my older beats solo3's.

The product is amazing, it was a gift for my mother and she enjoyed it. It was an easy smother pick up and there have been no issues.

These are okay, but to the Sony headsets have superior sound in my opinion.

They look nice but are not loud at all for 200 plus i don't recommend them

They hurt my ears and the sound quality wasnt the best, i bad beats in like 2011 and they still sound the exact same in new beats

I have own this beats solo over 6 months, i exercise every day and I sweat a lot, the sweat somehow messed up the left side and it barely has sound sometimes you wont hear it at all. I would not recommend it if you are going to use them for working out do not buy them.

These are perfect! They are an open box item, certified. Nothing wrong with them at all and fully functional. Excellent deal, too.

Not fond of the white on the solos but other then that they are great

Purchased to use on a long flight. They did great. I just wish they used the same charging plug as apple. I have to carry three different ones. Very comfy.

Got these on sale for Christmas as a gift. So far no complaints from the receiver lol...can't go wrong with the headphones.

I have to say, while shopping for birthdays or Christmas, Best Buy has always came through even when all others had failed!

This product was really nice when I got it for my daughter back in December. Now they’re not working nor are they charging.

Not impressed. No ANC. Sound is honestly pretty bad for the price you're paying. Not comfortable with glasses. To fit them in the carrying case, you have to fully retract the extenders which is just annoying.

Present for my Adopted Daughter. She never thought she would get them because of price but Best buy made them affordable.

I have had microphone issues connecting Bluetooth to my computer, and also Bluetooth to my android. Apple care only gives refund after 14 days no matter the number of issues that come with their product. I will never buy an apple product again, only items offered with Best Buy care. Now I'm stuck with non-functioning $250+ headphones. Waste of money and time.

Okay but disappointed cause it didn’t come with the plug for none wireless use

Looked long & hard for over-the-ear as she believed it would be more comfortable & so far, still has the same opinion. Also believes over-the-ear is "more noise cancelling & better base". Buy really loves the look & the color.
