However, I was nervous when my open-box product didn't come with a charger. I called and had the price of the charger reimbursed to me without much trouble. Thank you best buy customer service! 10/10

These sound pretty good. Are comfortable, and are smaller than the first Bose headphones we picked up. For the price you can't "beat" them. :)

I only use them for the gym and workout for about an hour at a time. So I can use the headphones for almost a month before I need to recharge them!
