    We love this surround sound system. great customer service with Best Buy helping us choose which system to purchase. Had Geek Squad install, professional as always.

    The agents installed the speakers and gave us a tutorial at the end. They were very patient in answering all the questions in a very professional manner

    It’s a nice set. Keep in mind they are in-ceiling only! If you want some in wall, you need to go for the more expensive kit.

    Too expensive. Not worth it. Best Buy wpuld have charged me over $600 for at home installation and i hired someone else but the mixer does sync with the surround sound system and also tv. It doesnt have the correct set up and Bst Buy won't take it back plus everything needed was a la carye and had to buy banana connectors and cable connectors for the base and other wires. Ridiculous

    After getting the speakers hooked up, had some issues with the connections. So had to change out the wiring for to the speakers and one speaker still not working attempted to take back to the store now they want to charge me $50 to send the speaker off to get repaired
