I love the sound and look of these speakers. The installation was very simple. Painting the covers was not difficult. If you do paint them, I recommend two things: do use a coat of primer, and for the paint, do several layers at at time AND have several cans of compressed air ready to spray out the build-up in the holes. But, if you have patience do several light layers, the build-up will not happen as much!. I will also say it will take a lot longer to tighten the speakers than you think, but they fit tight once you are done. Be careful when connecting the wires to make sure the wire is snug in place. One slipped too far in after I connected to the terminals while mounting the speaker, but it was an easy fix. The sub is great. It sounds great at any volume.

After weeks of meticulous research about sound systems I decided to go with this option. If you're looking for aesthetics and performance, this is it. Sounds great and looks great. In my opinion the best way to use the system is in Multichannel stereo mode on a Dennon. That way you get full immersive sound all over the room. That to me, sounds incredible. You don't have a true LCR in this system, you just have 3 front surround speakers, so using multi-channel makes sense. Also, the sub is a little under powered at 100 watts but I'm going to just get the 10'' when it goes on sale. But the sub isn't bad just a little under powered. Overall, I have a custom home and love interior design, so I wasn't going to kill my aesthetic with floor or in wall speakers.

I haven’t hooked this up yet but the price was INSANELY cheap! So I had to take advantage of this deal! Can’t wait to put these all up in my upstairs ceilings!

Wow, love these speakers so much. My dream tv watching experience just became a reality. The Geek Squad gets the credit on this purchase. I had them scheduled to come out and install existing speakers and a coupe of ceiling speakers. After they reviewed the layout and challenges of install based upon my home, they suggested going all in ceiling speakers. These speakers were on sale which allowed me to return the other speakers, upgrade to these, go totally ceiling for a cleaner look, and out of pocket was minimal considering. They were even able to set up my system to allow for the return of an IR blaster which helped offset some of the additional expense. Now my system is popping! Feels like a movie theater. Couldn’t be happier.

They not only sound great, but appear very nice and sleek. Well worth the price and the guys from Greek squad did an awesome job at installing them.

I was finishing my basement and wanted to go with a cleaner look and stay away from tower speakers. After listening to several other options in the demo room I decided to go with these. The installation was an easy process and they look absolutely great in the ceiling. The sub is just ok, or I would give the package a 5 star rating. I decided to use my 10" Klipsch Sub instead as I like a little more punch with movies and music.

the installation for these speaker are straight forward. The drywall locking system is very strong and robust. I had zero worries about there speaker stability. being able to tilt the tweeter and speaker made the listening experience that much better. These speakers sound great. There was no subwoofer cable in the box.

These speakers are great, switched from a floor standing setup. I was concerned about sound and was pleasantly suprise by the quality. Installation was simple and straightforward. Build of the speakers were amazing and solid. The subwoofer is a little underwhelming but provides a nice balance when watching TV. Find it lacking power while watch or listing to movies and music. music.

Got these on sale, and was honestly skeptical about them. How good could they be if they are on sale for nearly 75% off! I talked to a 2 different sales people in best buy and both recommendated these over some other in ceiling I was looking at in the $125 - $200 per speaker range. They were very easy to install and look amazing. The magentic grill works great. One I hooked up to my new Denon receiver, WOW!!! These are great sounding speakers. I highly recommend them!!

Excellent, highly underrated speaker system! Perfect for home theater system and in ceiling music setups. The 6/12” speaker provide clear, precise sound architecture provided from a proper amplifier. (Home theater amp or Sonos). Frequency ranges of 40hz-20khz provides full in-depth sound. The unique ability to aim the woofer and tweeters allows you to customize the direction of the sound. The Sub packs an incredible punch for its size and the low 32 hz frequency provides ground shaking bass. Highly recommended, modestly priced, and only at Best Buy! This is a deal that cannot be beat.

Install was a breeze. Paid for the wiring in my new house build and was going to wait to buy a system but getting this setup for $1700 off on sale, the purchase was a no brainier. It is loud and crisp. Would highly recommend. Just make sure you have enough space to mount flush in the ceiling.
