All highs, no lows

Probably because it’s so flexible and is a like a jack of all trades but master of none. The sound quality from the speakers is ok but not great. Definitely not what I’d expect for the price. Even though there’s a subwoofer, there’s barely any bass unless you really crank up the volume. Our $500 Samsung soundbar with subwoofer sounds about as good. The free install through our Totaltech membership left something to be desired. They drilled the hole in our wall to run the wire, stuck the speakers into the ground, and plugged them in. I had to do the digging to bury the wire and sub. That wasn’t even offered as an add on service, which I would have been willing to pay for. They just said “we don’t dig”. Overall, even though the system was on sale when we bought it, I still think it’s not worth the price.
