These were very easy to install and sound great! For the price you can’t beat these.

These sound great in the ceiling of my little den/home theater. They were easy to install and connect. They have a good sized magnet, but still not too heavy.

Purchased when Best Buy dropped price to $149. Clean install, They do what they were designed to do. Affordably do the job. There are better sounding speakers and better built, however the the price point and built are adequate for the application. In ceiling speaker can not equal other speakers, so don't expect them to have any frequencies in the lower range as they were never design for that. They fill in as rear satellites overhead ad no other type of speaker would have passed the wifey approval process, and fill that role very well. I recommend them, especially at that price point. 4 stars because they make much better sounding speaker at 3 times the price.

As others have said, these frequently go on sale, and at that price they are an excellent choice. I have installed dozens of in-ceiling speakers, and these were among the easiest. The magnetic grill cover and the ability to aim to the listener are features you don’t typically see at that price point. They remind me a lot of my trusty Speakercraft Aim speakers.

Great speakers, besides the suggestions the staff made to me about the product they educated me very well to make a decicion on this speakers and the price was great too

Sound great , easy to install and looks great on ceiling

Put 6 speakers (3pair) in my dining room and kitchen ceiling. I have these powered by a cheap 6 channel 600 watt total pyle bluetooh reciever (under 100 bucks on amazon) and these sound amazing great all round speaker treble mid bass. Literally i can feel my floor vibrate. I thought they sounded so great i picked up 4 more sets for whole home audio. I could only imagine they would be even better with a well known reciever / dual zone capabilities. Highly recommended

I received theses speakers very quickly and installation was extremely easy. The speakers are solid, they feel very well made. My house was pre-wired for sound so all I had to do was cut holes in the ceiling and connect these up. The mounting system is great so that you can get the tabs to rest on the drywall and you don’t have to hold the speaker in place any more while you tighten the screws. The magnetic covers are awesome as well. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I just haven’t been as impressed by the sound as I thought I would be. It could be that I don’t have the calibration quite right or perhaps they are just a little small for the room I have them in. They work great and sound good but we have to crank our receiver up to about 50-75% of max power to get decent volume out. This is a new Yamaha receiver I bought to go with these speakers and should have plenty of power per channel. Still, I’m satisfied with the purchase and would buy these again at the price I paid.

Easy to install and serves my master bathroom space very well. This item was heavily discounted and at the heavily discounted price competes well agains the higher priced alternatives.

Use these with the sealing enclosures as my height speakers in a basement 5.1.4 Atmos setup. They are excellent and all you need.

I put a 7.2 surround in the house and used 6 of these in the living room. Then in zone 2 we put a pair in the bathroom. Clean clear responsive . I firmly believe my living room sounds better than the theater. In the bathroom, they get way more use than I thought they would but being able to bluetooth your songs while you're in the shower is great. 2 of these in the ceiling jams the bathroom , plenty of bass that doesn't bottom out. The kids want to use our bathroom and put the music on before they even get in there.

Used these to install with our new home theater, absolutely love the sound quality. Used high end speaker cables to go with these as well. Used these with a 5 speaker setup to get Dolby Atmos with a 5.1.2 setup. These are even paintable to match your color. The magnetic covers which are paintable fit on perfectly making the speakers look very clean too. Sound quality is just amazing.

I replaced my existing rear ceiling speakers and added two more to complete my surround sound system. I never realized what I was missing until I added the Dolby Atmos to my home. These speakers sound just as good as being in a certified Dolby Digital Theatre. And when I’m just sitting around listening to music I never realized how much music was missing with my old ceiling speakers. With a good powered subwoofer these speakers sound just as good if not better than most floor standing speakers. Definitely worth the money.

They sound great, were easy to install, and add a new dimension to the surround system. I did purchase the rear covers which installed very easily. Got them on sale or I honestly never would have purchased them. So, for what i paid for them, it was a great value, but for what they normally cost, I couldn't see buying them. The build quality and sound quality are both excellent.

Great set of speakers. Installation was easy. If you’re installing I. A drop ceiling, I recommend cutting a 2x4’ of drywall to place on top of ceiling tile then install thru both layers. Should prevent sagging over time. Currently using them as my front L and R while I wait for the rest of my speakers to arrive. These speakers with just a subwoofer still sound great.
