I was at my wits end for a way to wake up. I can sleep through pretty much anything. Facing losing my job for no other reason than sleeping through alarms, I forked out the dough for this and haven't been late once since. Often times I actually wake up before it goes off to avoid the traumatic ruckus it creates. This is a trauma I would gladly trade for retaining my gainful employment.

Bought for hard of hearing elderly parent. It would be a great product if it worked. Very loud; bed shaker is an added touch. But the clock only lasted about 3 months before it started displaying error codes and activating the sonic alarm at unpredictable times. Tried to return it to Best Buy but was told they only take returns within 15 days. Contacted supplier and a very pleasant customer service rep told me to ship it back to them (at my expense) and they would fix or replace. Replacement arrived and worked for approximately 3 weeks before malfunctioning with different problems. Supplier wanted me to ship it back a second time (again at my expense), but when I balked at paying shipping costs again, they offered tech support but only between hours of 9-5 M thru F. When I told them that was not acceptable they mysteriously stopped responding to my requests. Great concept, but lousy reliability. Our clock ended up in the trash.

i have tried many many alarm clocks and this one will wake you up with the bed shaker. It is extremely loud and the bed shaker really vibrates what is above it within a 2 foot radius when it is under my foam topper.

I have to say I didn't think anything could wake my daughter, but this is the first alarm clock that has. She has been using it now for about 6 weeks and there has only been one time that she woke enough to hit the snooze but doesn't remember doing so. Also, the vibrating part that you put under your pillow along with the noise the alarm makes works great!

I bought this alarm for my son, who sleeps through every alarm he ever owned. He has very different working hours due to plowing and working for a city in ma. this alarm wakes him up every time. says it makes him jump out of bed. he loves it.He is never late for work anymore.

First of all let me say that this is very simple to set up. As soon as you open the box you will find the instructions and all of the connectors. The clock itself is pretty big and it stands out. The bed shaker is actually pretty good I didn't think it was going to work very well but it does work! The price for this clock is pretty standard I feel like you will feel that this clock is worth every penny.

this clock is everything it said it would be, my friend had one and showed me and i was sold, i love it...best clock youll ever invest in!

This product originally appealed to me due to the loud alarm and the vibrating disk since I have trouble waking up in the morning from a regular alarm clock. I had high hopes for this product and for the most part it came through. The alarm vibration system worked well if it was placed under your pillow. It did not work so well under the mattress. Does what it says. And the vibration is much more than I expected. I am a heavy sleeper and difficult to wake but this really does the trick. Just wish the snooze button wasn't so big and easily accessible lol.

As an architecture major I'm always sleep deprived and my iHome just couldn't do it, then a friend recommended me to get this alarm clock and I'm never late to class anymore, plus I don't wake my roommate up anymore because I can just use the vibrator without the buzzer and it's enough to wake me up. Perfect for college students who live away from home and are heavy sleepers

My son sleeps through most alarm clocks but not this one. We love the controls and options.

I bought this for my father, so he would hear the alarm without his hearing aids. He had trouble using the switch that turned the alarm on. He wanted to just get the sound, but the "vibrate only" selection was in between. If buying this for an elderly person, you will also need to consider their sight and fine motor skills.

This alarm is perfect for me, it wakes me up every morning without fail!

Have a 24 year old son who can't get up for work, this clock does the job, it is unique in design and a great value for the money.

Its not perfect. my son has slept through it once or twice but it works far better than anything else. My son likes it - this is a high rating.

This alarm clock wakes my teenage daughter when no other alarm clock would.

I bought this product online through Best Buy in January 2013 and it worked fine for a while. By April, I noticed that the time was speeding up. I reset it to the correct time and monitored it - the clock began changing minutes very quickly. Contacted Best Buy and was told it was past their acceptable return limit but it had a one year warranty and I should contact the manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer and they would not refund my money either. Basically, after only having the product for 3 months, I was just out the money I paid for it and had to purchase another clock. So buyer beware if you choose to purchase this product.
