Movie wasn’t not in new condition, was filthy

This movie was not in new condition, a person can tell it wasn’t because inside of the case was dirty like it had been used plus it didn’t have a manufacturer’s seal on it so it was definitely not a new movie but a used copy. Best Buy doesn’t tell a customer in the movie’s description or anywhere that I had seen, that the product you receive may be used. I’m disappointed in this bc I thought I was mislead into thinking I bought a new copy. Best Buy you need to put disclaimers on you movies informing people that they may receive used products. The used products need to be sold at a discount instead of the price of a new copy.
