Sonic the hedgehog is Fun family movie it is entertaining for everyone. I highly recommend the 4k copy as well for brilliance in colors & dolby vision visuals

My son wanted to see this movie and I took him thinking it was going to be another junk video game adaptation. I was wrong! It's a fun and funny film and I look forward to the sequel. The steelbook arrived undamaged (whew!) and my son and I are enjoying the movie again!

My boyfriend and I watched this movie day it came out in theaters. Loved it. Both grew up playing the games. So I got him the movie as a gift.

They actually did a great video game movie. Has some funny moments and a good origin story. Keep and eye out for the post credit scene. Great audio and video.

Sonic the Hedgehog movie have entertained all my family members during this difficult time we are living. We enjoyed the funny sequences and made us "happy".

Fair for a movie based on video game characters, which are typically average at best. Provides a decent backstory for Sonic, how he comes to Earth, and how he gets embroiled in conflict with Dr Robotnik. James Marsden is pretty much forgettable, but Jim Carrey steals the show with a lot of over-the-top back and forth switches between homicidal maniac genius and comedic foil. Carrey's performance may come off as a bit scary to young children, but most six and older would enjoy. Ending of this movie sets up the 2022 sequel.

This is THE movie to see this year. The fake hedgehog they got to play Sonic had great acting. Jim Carrey did his best to keep up, but it's no use.

They made the right choice delaying it to fix how Sonic looked. Very fun movie with an original story while still having some nice call backs too the games.

I have been a fan of Sonic ever since Sega Genesis. I love that the graphics were redone in order to meet the demands of the fans.

I was more of a SNES kid than SEGA, but I did cross over from time to time. I didn’t expect much from this movie, and came out enjoying it. I understand the 4K is an upscale. Looked and sounded fine. No problems.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loved Sonic when he was a child, he was very excited to get this gift.
