Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the Ace Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones with Active Noise Cancellation's sound quality, comfort, and battery life. Many also appreciate the lightweight design and connectivity options. However, some customers feel the bass is lacking and the headphones are not worth the high price. There are also a few comments on the volume not being loud enough, the app needing improvement, and the headphones getting a little warm.

Happy with the purchase!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Incredible active noise cancellation, it's as if there is no one around you. A little bit warm on the ears once placed, but a great piece of technology. Had troubles with the initial setup by Sonos Aftersales Service was proactive and helpful to get it sorted.

SONOS Ace Headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the full SONOS ecosystem in two homes. The SONOS Ace headphones made the most sense. They sound great - as good if not better than my Sony XM1004. Will use them on planes going forward.

Great for watching movies
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is really great quality. The dolby atmos sets these apart from others. I also have numerous Sonos products and being able to connect to my sound bar is a great feature. They really shine when watching movies available with dolby atmos.

“Amazing with Sonos Arc Ultra, But Disappointing w
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Sonos Ace delivers excellent audio quality when paired with the Sonos Arc Ultra — truly impressive sound. However, its performance and compatibility with the Apple ecosystem are quite poor. In hindsight, I should have gone with the AirPods Max instead.

Tired of Waiting for Lossless on AirPods Max
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sold my AirPods Max and bought the Sonos Ace headphones. Sole reason is the availability of Lossless (only thru Sonos supplied cables). I live in Apple world. I'm guessing the Ace headphones would be a bigger hit if Bluetooth Lossless on IOS devices was available like they are for Android devices using the latest SnapDragon chip. Sucks they do not. Come on Sonos..... fix this. The Ace headphones don't let you down. If Bluetooth Lossless ever does become available on AirPod Max, I'm going back to them.

Nice, but wait until they go on sale
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are certainly nice headphones but can’t compete at their current price in such a crowded premium headphone market. If you have a supported Sonos soundbar these will be more appealing, but if not it’s harder to choose the Sonos Ace over comparable offerings from Sony or Bose. The Sonos Ace were comfortable enough and sounded good in ANC mode. Transparency mode had a slight hiss, but hopefully Sonos will fix that with a software update. The earcups did get a bit warm after wearing them for a while, but not terrible. I expect that sooner or later these will go on sale similar to Bose QC Ultra. When they do the decision on which to get will be more difficult. But for now Sonos Ace are hard to justify unless you have a Sonos soundbar.

Sonos Ace
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good sound quality in general. Clear highs and mids. Little lacking with deeper bass but to be expected for this headphone class. Disappointed with a beer very annoying crackling sound in both ears. Sounds like static. Read of others having the same issue. Also, disappointed two can't connect to TV at the same time

For the Bose owners who want bass...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely the best over ear headphones I've tried. I also own Bose Q45 and the Sonos just has the better bass and dynamic sound. The Bose have crisp dynamic sound but lack the bass to fully provide the range I prefer. The quality is exceptional and solid filling. Worth the money, especially if you got it during black friday sales at $349.

Vey good first try
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I agree with all of the other reviewers- excellent headphones, rich sound (especially the Dolby Atmos). Sinve i have a Sonos Arc i liked the TV swap but i REALLY wish i could beam any music from my Sonos App to these and use them as a true extension to my Sonos system. Understand that adding takes a huge hit on battery life but would certainly like the cans to operate as Move or Roams do, being supported by Bluetooth. Otherwise great headphones.
