    Annoying experience.

Bought excellent condition open box. Was supposed to have all accessories but didn’t have the charger or case. Store employee told me “well you can buy them new instead if you want”. Returned and did not replace because I did not find them to be worth the hassle or frustration.

Decent sound but does not compare to AirPods Pro. Great for anyone in the Sonos eco system

Connects to Bluetooth outside the app but won’t set up Bluetooth inside the Sonos app, so I can’t add it.

If you're having trouble setting up your Sonos Ace with Bluetooth via the Sonos app, but it connects fine outside the app, here are some steps to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

      Troubleshooting Steps
      Check App Version:

Update: Ensure you have the latest version of the Sonos app installed. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements.
      Bluetooth Pairing:

Remove and Re-Pair: Forget the Bluetooth connection on your device and try pairing the Sonos Ace again.
Reset Bluetooth: On the Sonos Ace, perform a Bluetooth reset. Check the user manual for instructions on how to do this.
      App Permissions:

Permissions: Make sure the Sonos app has all necessary permissions, including access to Bluetooth and location services on your device.

      Sonos Support:

Contact Support: If the issue persists, reach out to Sonos customer support via support.sonos.com. Provide them with detailed information about the problem and the steps you’ve already taken.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue with setting up Bluetooth for your Sonos Ace through the app. If not, Sonos support should be able to provide more tailored assistance. john.milton

They don’t fit my head and less than 90 days after buying them returning is not an option. For $450 dollars one expects the item to perform. Not the case with these. It’s a shame.

I'm really sorry to hear that the Sonos Ace headphones didn't meet your expectations, especially considering the investment you made. I understand how frustrating it must be for the fit to be uncomfortable and then to feel like there's no option for return. We recommend reaching out to our support team to discuss options, whether it’s a fit adjustment or further assistance to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. We genuinely want to make this right for you. Feel free to reach out at support.sonos.com. john.milton

    Comfortable and high sound quality

I own several different high end/over-ears head phones including brands by Bose and Apple. I love the Sonos Ace for a number of reasons: sound quality, comfort and ease of control use. I have used them on a couple of long airplane trips and they are my new "go to" headphones for this purpose.

A Great Pair of Headphones Depending on What You L

I’m an audiophile and have just about every pair of wireless headphones in the mid ($325-$500) range. I’m certainly not going to compare these to my $800+ audiophile cans, but for that mid-range, there’s a lot to like here. No doubt the materials are higher quality. The soundstage sounds wider than the Bose Quiet Comfort and the Sony W-HYZ?? to my ears. There is a greater separation of instruments. The simple, buttons are SO much better than the annoying swiping motions of the Sony. Noise cancellation is not best in class but very very close. I like them for all their unique qualities and design.
