I aimed to utilize these in my movie room. In order to use these u do have to have a sonos soundbar and then youd be able to switch audio between soundbar and headphones. I spent time troubleshooting jusy to find out later that in order to use these i need to run an hdmi cord from the soundbar to the projector. I assumed and hoped for better for 4-500 bucks.

In a world without the XM5s or AirPods Max it would be a go to.

I found the sound little hallow and not to the likes of Bose QC or Sony XM5. One push switch to connect to your existing sound system felt magical

The sound is great but should be able to use same as any other Sonos speaker.

The unit after being plugged in to a verified working charger will not power on, then after hours will randomly turn on. I’m going to return and exchange in hopes that I just got a bad unit

If you like the features then great , like the tv to headphones was cool , and for movies it was alright but for Music . It was a joke. like 0 bass and all highs.

Was supposed to have all accessories but didn’t have the charger or case. Store employee told me “well you can buy them new instead if you want”. Returned and did not replace because I did not find them to be worth the hassle or frustration.

Posted .Sorry to hear you are having connection issues to your soundbar. To clarify, Sonos Ace is currently compatible with Sonos Arc for audio swap. You can set it up directly through the Sonos App once Sonos Ace has finished the initial setup. I hope this helps!
