the product, I love, the service, I got from best is the worst, first the product was on back order, and when I went to pick it up, no one new when the item was bing deliver, not ever the manager, the customer service is bad at the Simi Valley, Northridge, porter ranch locations, next time, I will buy straight from manufacture, and most deff. will let all my people not to show here any longer

works great,sounds great,had lots of trouble getting it to work,the sonos company should make hook up instructions much better so home-owners can set up with out all the problems

The SONOS ARC is absolutely amazing on its own but pairing it with a sub really enhances the experience.

Everything I was hoping for in a Soundbar. A wonderful soundstage, crisp highs, some of the clearest and most smooth sound quality I’ve heard from a Soundbar.

Best sound bar on the market hands down. I've loved Bose products my entire life, however, Sonos is by far the best speaker on the market.

Added the Arc to replace the Playbase. Better/clearer sound and voices come through better when watching TV. Playbase had a little more bass. Overall this works much better as everything is now mounted to my wall to free up space. I love it!

I’ve tried the Samsung 900 bar and this one blows it away. The sound is clean and the sinks system Is amazing. Would definitely recommend getting the sub the complete the experience. Trust me it’s worth the money

I gave my son my older playbar and purchased this ARC for our living room television. Absolute wonderful sound to replace television speakers. When not in use with television and used for music, you'll hear instruments you never heard before.

Installed in the “man cave” for TV/Music. All the kids (age 10-22), and spouse rave about the clarity! No more radio/speakers scattered. This one bar is enough to sound the area and drift outside to firepit.

This is by far the best sound bar I’ve owned. I had bought other brands before and this one is my favorite!The sound quality is excellent and if you end up getting the whole system you will fall in love with it and have a good time with it.

This soundbar is the best in the market! I never expected a pure sound like that.

I wasnt happy with my old Yamaha sound bar, mostly do to dialogue being difficult to hear after tweaking the settings. Went with the Sonos Arc after a ton of research and am very happy. The atmos took a bit to get used to but I love it now! Definitely recommend.

Super excellent, best product, best sound and a great integrated network with all the Sonos System that we already have.

Sonos sound bar produces theatre sounds in my living room. It is worth the money.

I’ve installed a handful of these units now. They sound great as long as they are used in conjunction with a subwoofer. Setup is easy unless you run into HDMI ARC compatibility issues. These do work and sound good and I really like the Sonos app for control. I’ve had issues with the audio return channel when connected to a Samsung One Connect box. Ultimately I had to use the optical adapter on these TV’s and reprogram the soundbar via app.
