For a budget price, it delivers big sound for movies, no need for a sub in a small bedroom like mine. I’d have given it five stars, only with music it is just good, not really as great as with movies. Still, it can be argued that good sound for movies was the idea all along and in that respect, it surpasses my expectations since it does sound tall and wide, and Atmos works very well. A perfect TV bar for the price!

Generally speaking, it's an excellent soundbar, and of course comes with Sonos' incredible app, controls and functionality. I will say that even with this product, I STILL haven't found a soundbar that separates the front three channels as well as individual speakers can. One thing we learned, following installation, is that there's some kind of weird incompatibility between the Arc's 11-driver speaker configuration and the Samsung HDMI ARC output, which is especially unfortunate given the name Sonos chose to market this product. We found the Arc intermittently delivering sound for 8-10 seconds, then cutting out completely for 2-3 seconds. The workaround was using TV's optical output, and that works fine, but it evidently doesn't deliver 11 distinct channels of sound, even if it still uses all 11 of the speakers. That's more than a bit of a fail for an $800 device called the "Arc."

Best speaker purchase. This thing fills the room like no other. I would not scrimp on a soundbar.

The sound bar is amazing … I really feel like i am in my own private movie theater …easy to install nice clean look … sonos Ap is awesome - love it ! I know this system will last me a very very very long time …

Never had a sound bar, always considered getting the Sonos Playbar. I'm glad I waited to get this one. Sounds great inside and out (using it inside and outside with a TV on the deck). I upgraded my whole Sonos system to S2 and glad I did.

Sound quality is great. Would recommend this product to those in the market for sound bar.

The Sonos Arc has so far exceeded my expectations. The sound and base quality is so good I don’t even need the subwoofer. I would recommend the Sonos One Gen 2 speakers to put behind you to give you that full 3D sound though.

I previously had the Bose system. When I needed to replace my TV, the Sonos was recommended to me. I couldn't be happier. I also bought the Gen 2 speakers to go with the sound bar, it is like being at a concert.

The Sonos - Arc Soundbar makes watching everything on TV a completely immersive experience. We opted to also purchase two Sonos One SL speakers for rear surround sound and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire system.

Sound is amazing ! Waiting on the sub that comes in today . For me not as easy to install as with the new tv the hdmi earc would not turn on once connected . After about an hr of messing with settings I finally got it .

Awesome sound. I am a surround sound guy, but the sound that comes out of this unit is awesome. Coupled with the sub and One SL's as surrounds, this system is better than any other surround sound system in the same price range.

At first I was skeptical about the reviews but when I purchased one of these I was blown away. Sound quality is clear, crisp, and loud. Next time you are at Best Buy see if they have it on display and take a listen for yourself.

I upgraded from the playbar and couldn't be happier. Much better sound and the ability to connect through HDMI rather than optical has made a big difference. 5.1 has never sounded so good.

This soundbar comes close to a 5.1 system. High wife approval factor. You will definitely need the Sonos subwoofer. You need a TV with an e-arc output to get the Dolby Atmos feature to work (LG C1).

Would have given five if it had more input options than just a single earc hdmi port. Get it if you want a premium one device type setup for your TV. The sound quality is pretty good and sonos app is easy to use. Been using it for half a year and got no complaints. Originally had issues with atmos format not working properly but after a couple of updates they are gone.

This soundbar is amazing. The bass is great and the loudness is superb. Sonos products are really amazing.

It has a good sound and high Tech operation. If the package had a good user's guide, no tech people can use it much easily.
