Waited for the soundbar to arrive due to being back ordered. Now that we have it connected to our TV along with the Gen 3 Sub, we are very happy.

I ordered the Sonos Arc and when I received it, there was a dent in the bar. I contacted customer support immediately and was told I can replace it. The problem is, it’s not available in any surrounding area since this is such a sought after sound bar. Outside of this, the product still works, it’s simply dented.

I tried lots of soundbars and in terms of quality and clarity this wins. The software and everything makes it seamless

The sound quality is superb, with rich tones and crisp and clear vocals. I would recommend the associated sub woofer to highlight the lows a little better than the sound bar does.

Great sound -- especially the voices / dialogue!! So much clearer. One very annoying issue. There is no remote. You use the Sonos app on your phone or ipad. Or, you get up and change the volume manually. I HATE this part LOL.

Excellent sound…. I bit pricey but the sound is worth it
