Awesome purchase for my boss will be purchasing myself one soon

After using the Arc for about three months, I am sorry and frustrated to report that, despite countless attempts to get it properly tuned, it has been disappointing. As has been widely documented on Sonos forums and elsewhere, many of us are having consistent and persistent problems with voices that sound thin, shrill, harsh, tinny, and metallic. This is especially true with many women's voices. A recent software update has extended the problem to some men's voices as well. The sound often lacks warmth, depth and balance, sounding as if the low and high ends are being boosted at the expense of the midrange. Under certain circumstances it sounds very good, but invariably a character appears on screen whose voice pitch produces a shrill metallic sound that goes up the spine like fingernails on a chalkboard, making for a very unpleasant listening experience. I do not recommend.

Surround cuts out and can’t fix the problem. Can’t mute to use tv sound if needed. Can’t use headphones so can’t hear outside. Worst part of the entire system

I always loved sony products and this soundbar is no exception. Got this as an open box and overall performance is good. However, there seems to be an issue with certain low frequency scences or music (under water scenes). Planning to check for few more days and decide.

Love my new sound bar. Amazing sound, easy to set up and sounds are so crispy and clear when I watch movies, especially when they utilize Dolby sound. Wish they went on sale more often so I can buy more!

Great addition to our family room setup. Hoping YouTube tv catches up with the technology soon.

Dissappointed in music quality. So I'm sucked in, need the $749 subwoofer. My Sonos Move has much better sound fidelity than the Arc. But do like the speech enhancement feature.

Sonos flagship Arc is worth the money. Movies and music are superb. I also like to buy from Best Buy Spring Hill. They are understanding to work with and very helpful. Thanks to the crew there.

Voice assistant is intermittent to the point of un usability. Wi-Fi is completely unusable. I have a sub and two surrounds paired with it, which I cannot use because it has hijacked them. Sonos Support blames my Internet, my phone, my intelligence, etc. despite the fact that my other identical system works fine. So I have a glorified soundbar.

Tech was very prompt and knowledgable. He was very helpful when answering our questions.

This soundbar probably would have been a Great sounder. I could not get it to work right even after spending 80 minutes with Sonos tech support.

I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EARS, THIS SOUND BAR WITH MATCHING SUB, AND REAR SURROUND SPEAKERS IS WONDERFUL, EASILY THE BEST SOUND FOR MY MONEY, IN FACT I LOVED IT SO MUCH I BOUGHT A SECOND ONE FOR MY LOFT.

Price matched the sound bar that I had on order and saved me more money.
