This 1 star is not for Sonos, they make 5 star product. Bestbuy is the worst at managing logistics. The product got damaged in transit, I get it stuff happens. What Best Buy didnt do is what created a terrible customer experience for me, they didnt even know this happened. UPS didnt deliver the sound bar because it got damaged in transit, but Best buy didnt even know this happend. It took for me to contact them asking them for a resolution, they then said we will send a replacement immediately, and then when i check the next day, the order was canceld and no replacement was sent. I will never order from them again, I will continue to use Amazon!

Not impressed with the sound quality for the price. It sounds marginally better than my old $200 soundbar that I moved to the kids tv. I really liked the Def. Tech Studio Advance 5.1, but it wouldn't stay connected to my system (hi-end asus gaming router 2 ft away. tried both 2.4 and 5.1 and a 2nd unit with 2019 Samsung q80 tv.). I would not buy this Sonos soundbar again and am considering returning it and getting the sennheiser ambeo soundbar, but not sure I want to spend that much.

Excellent wireless sound. Easy to install and great to listen to.

Wanted a wireless system but it is not as great as we expected. We will add the sub & one speakers and hope to get the sound we are used to with the older Bose system.

Not a good product nor easy to use. Didn’t discern much difference between the tv sound vs. sonos

So far so good. Have only had it installed for about 2 weeks. What we do notice is many times the sound and lip movement on speaker do not match perfectly.

Expensive speaker but good. Sounds great especially paired with the sub. Note not all movies or shows are played in Atmos. You will be able to tell the difference
