    Bought the Sonos Arc sound bar from Best Buy. Everyday there is some issue or other in connecting and using this product. From last couple of weeks it just stopped working. To reach Sonos Tech Support is so much of pain. It is not a worthy product for the money I spent. Not a good product

      Restart Devices: Power cycle your Sonos Arc, router, and any connected devices to reset connections.

      Check Network: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is stable and that the Sonos Arc is within range. Sometimes network congestion or interference can cause issues.

      Update Firmware: Make sure your Sonos Arc and the Sonos app are updated to the latest versions. Updates can resolve bugs and improve performance.

      Reconfigure Wi-Fi Settings: Reconnect the Sonos Arc to your Wi-Fi network using the Sonos app. This can sometimes resolve persistent connection issues.

      Check HDMI Connections: Ensure the HDMI cable is properly connected and that your TV’s HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) is enabled.

    I had to return it. Not enough bass at all. Great for classical music thou. But they are making you to buy expensive sub with it. Got Sony A7000 instead. Sorry Sonos
