We purchased the Arc soundbar, sub woofer and 2 speakers. We have a home theater with a projector. We had this system installed by the Geek Squad, so any issues with connections were addressed. We tried to watch a movie last night and the background music/ambient sound was great, but could not hear the actors dialogue. We tried everything we could to fix it, all the tricks we found on the internet, etc. Nothing worked. We learned that this has been a huge issue for years and nothing has been done by Sonos to fix it. I called Sonos and was told that their products are made for TVs, not projectors. When I bought this system, I specifically told the sales person that it was with a projector and gave them the projector model and all information for the projector. The salesman even complimented on what a nice, high tech projector we had. If I had known that this was going to be such a huge issue, I would have never bought this system. Waste of time and money.

Great product. Would have liked it to have Bluetooth though.

Only problem was linking Alexa to play music. I can only play music off my Sonos app.

Necessary product for anyone with a flat screen TV

The SONOS ARC is a rather expensive soundbar that does not provide substantial value for the money spent. We found the sound to be adequate but not exceptional, as is the clear dialogue function. The SONOS app. is terrible (see consumer reviews before you buy) . Worse, SONOS customer service is virtually non-existent. We sent a question to SONOS customer service, received an automated response stating they would get back to us shortly, and have now been waiting for one month with no response. Would we purchase the SONOS ARC again? Definitely not.

I think this is a great item. I would buy again from best buy.

No matter if you’re deeply in the Sonos ecosystem or not, this is one of the beat options for theater system. The sound quality is excellent and setup takes literally minutes.
