    Muffled Sound

    I bought it today. I was using playbar before Arc. I think playbar is better than Arc. Because i never have any sound muffled experienced in playbar. But in arc when i played some deep bass songs. It sounds so bad. I don’t think this bar is worth it

    Samsung turns off randomly

    The tv turns off randomly now and won’t power back up with remotes. We were told by service team to simply unplug a cord in back of the tv and plug back in. STUPID. Doesn’t fix the problem

    They tell you its plug and play, Spent over 40 hours with SONUS support getting it to work

      WiFi Setup: If there are multiple networks in your home, ensure your Arc and the Sonos app are on the same network. Sometimes, dual-band routers can cause connectivity challenges.

      Firmware and App Updates: Check that both the Sonos app and your Arc are on the latest versions, as this can impact compatibility.

      Factory Reset and Reinstall: As a last resort, a factory reset and fresh install can sometimes clear up lingering issues.

    Geeks came to install the Sonos Arc. But they could not as we had not recieved the mounting bar nor the TV. They were to come May 18th per email. Text, and phone call but no one showed up. They are suppose to come May 19, but will they?????

    Waited months to finally get the Sonos Arc just to be completely disappointed. The overall sound was underwhelming and lacked depth. The frequencies were all over the place and sounded muffled. Will be returning.

    I have the Sony HT-Z9F Dolby Atmos soundbar with the surrounds. It was a great sounded setup, but always felt like something was missing. I recently purchased the Samsung HW-Q90R atmos soundbar to try out because it had fantastic reviews. It sounded decent (the surrounds are terrible), but it just sounded like a bunch of speakers jammed into a GIANT soundbar to get big sound. I ended up taking it back because the sony I currently own sounded better. I was finally able to get my hands on the Sonos Arc and the One SL surrounds. I have never owned a sonos product, so didnt really have high Hopes for the system. The setup is super straight forward and easy to setup. I tried it out before doing the trueplay room correction and it sounded great. The bass coming from just the soundbar itself and the surrounds (I haven't purchased the sub yet) was extremely tight and well rounded. I then ran the trueplay correction and wow, it really opened up the dialog and fine tuned everything else. Needless to say, I am definitely keeping the arc setup and am looking forward to it sounding even better once the speakers have broken in.

    I’m sure this would be the best sound bar I ever purchased - however Best Buy took my money and never came to install the sound bar. Eventually, I got refunded I then bought it directly from Sonos for a better price.

    BESTBUY SENT ME A SONY USED SOUNDBAR NOT THE CORRECT Sonos Arc. I RETURNED THE INCORRECT SONY, AND WAS DENIED A REFUND! THEY STOLE MONEY FROM AN "ELITE" WHATEVER MEMBER THEY CALL YOU. THEY DO NOT CARE AB CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST.

    Wish you could get your delivery and geek squad dates coordinated and correct to begin with. As was I would have a geek squad employee showing up without either of us having the sound bar to be installed. Very disappointed.

    Purchased a Sonos Arc on 8/24/20. Today is 9/19/20 and it still has not been shipped! When I made the purchase the sales clerk told me it should ship in approximately one week. Now I have to pay for a product that I don't have nor can Best Buy tell me when it will ship.

    When hooked up to the TV the sound does not play at times... other times the sound doesn't match with peoples lips. JUNK! It doesn't come with a remote... and when hooked up the volume bar on my TV changes from numerical to a plus and minus. GARBAGE!!!

      Hi, and thank you for leaving feedback! There were some known issues with eArc on certain tv's when Arc was plugged in. We would recommend updating your tv's latest firmware to download this fix as it's been released recently. We don't include a remote because who wants another remote to keep track of? You can just use the one your tv already uses! john.milton

    We ordered this item in a bundle, they canceled the one item, and refuse to give us our orginal price. Even though its their fault they canceled our speaker. Stealing money.

    Garbage. No tech support. They simply don't care. Good luck, you're on your own! Oh, let's also not forget how they will discontinue support for your speakers that worked perfectly fine forcing you to trade them in on soaked that don't work.

    Hate it! Don't understand it, doesn't seem to do what we were told it would do. Not user friendly, geek squad comes and does a few things but I still have issues and have not been able to use it as was told I would.

    These products are all great but if you ever have an issue Sonos support is one of the worst in the industry. I would stick to just about anything else

    I like the TV we purchased and the setup with decent, the wait we have had for the sonos Arc to be installed has pushed this to a 1 star. Waiting until May 21st before this will finally get installed
