In May 2024, Sonos rewrote their mobile app. The new version breaks connectivity for many existing setups, removes features, and adds bugs and significant lag. After years of using an Arc + Ones + Sub Mini system + Move system, I now can no longer connect to it at all, even after resetting. They removed email support, phone support has more than an hour's hold time, and the CEO's email is listed but just ignores you. Do not buy from this company if you want your products to keep working. This is their second major software release that broke existing products (the first being their S1 to S2 transition a few years ago). Whether it's planned obsolescence or just plain incompetence, the end result is that many people now have bricked speakers (check the app store reviews). Do not buy!

This soundbar is good.. nothing special. You are paying for the Sonos name and good quality. But this is not going to change your listening experience without the additional speakers. Make sure you have money ready for everything...

Upgraded from the Beam Gen 2 to this and absolutely love it.

I tried lots of soundbars and in terms of quality and clarity this wins. The software and everything makes it seamless

This sound bar sounds AMAZING! I like the speech enhancement and night sound modes. The only down side is that these features are only available using the phone app.

This new Arc Sound bar is a great improvement over the previous model and syncs with other speakers and sub woofer much better. Have it installed on all our Sony 65” TVs.

I paired this with Sub (Gen 3) it is unbelievable after fine tuning.

Been in love with this product for years finally committed to a long term relationship with Sonos. In another room you can hear the crisp sound of the music.

Great sounding soundbar. Coming from a 5.1 set-up I was expecting to be slightly unimpressed when considering the price but this thing has blown away my expectations. I would caution that you must have a newer TV with eARC compatibility. If not you will require an adaptor for a less than ideal set-up.
