It’s beautiful and sounds incredible. Easy to set up and add to my other Sonos speakers. Also added the sub to make action movies come alive!

The only problem was buying it online with Best Buy. I bought the system. The person forgot to tell me I needed a bracket. I told him where I was going to install it and of course when the service geek installer came out, he noticed there was no bracket mentioned it to his boss, but was told to bring it anyhow. It was a disaster. We waited two days for another bracket and trying to get a hold of the geek squad again would make you pull your hair out. So what I can say is never buy online from Best Buy again just go to the store .

Brilliant Sound

Tried a high end Samsung that was really underwhelming but arc is heads and tails better. Dolby Atmos fills the room up. Don’t over think it, get the Sonos Arc.

I’m pretty knowledgeable on Sonos, but they were very helpful in determining me make the right decision.
