Very happy with my Sonos Arc!! Great sound & clarity. It is huge, but nice looking. I do need to upgrade my tv to enjoy atmos. Great packaging of the product, on par with Apple packaging.

Great sound, BUT DO NOT TRUST OPEN BOX

There’s an exposed super sticky adhesive strip that spans the entire base of the bar and it’s pulling up the finish on my TV stand. Not what I’d qualify as excellent condition, in fact I’d say it’s poor at best if it’s destroying my furniture. I’ve called customer service 4 times now and nobody can help. An expidited exchange was processed yesterday and as I was packing up the device to send it in for a replacement I saw ab email that the order had been canceled. After two 25+ minute calls with customer service they determined theres no replacement and the best they can do is return the item… I can’t get in touch with my local store because im consrantly re-routed to the call center and given the runaround. At this point I’ve given up on Best Buy customer service making this right and covered up the strip with some parchment paper. It’s an absolute joke you can spend so much money on a product and not get any assistance with your order. Don’t bother with open box on this one… you might be stuck whith a poor quality product
