I recently purchased the Sonos Arc, and it has completely transformed my home theater experience. The sound quality is outstanding, with crisp highs, deep bass, and an incredibly immersive Dolby Atmos effect that makes movies and music sound more lifelike.

Been wanting to upgrade a 15-year old Samsung sound bar in our family room for several years, and thought when I added a new 65" LG OLED would be a good time. Bought this, an extendable mounting bracket, the Sonos sub and two Sonos One SL as surrounds. In total, a big investment, but wow!! Can't say I am an audiophile, just a guy who watches football and hockey and appreciates a good movie now and then - but what an upgrade! Easy to install and control with the app, you can hear the dialog much easier, and just great, clear, immersive overall sound. I think it looks great mounted to a pull-out swivel table that my TV sits on - took my wife some getting used to, mostly due to size - which you kinda have to see to really appreciate. No doubt, you can get a good sound bar for half this price - but if you can afford it and are on the fence - just buy it. You'll be glad you did.

I expected a little more but...

I bought this to add Atmos sound to compliment my new LG Oled tv and replace my 13 year old TV and Bose Cinemate 1SR soundbar. I expected to get this plugged in and be blown away by the difference compared to my 13 year old system. But I wasn't. Maybe my expectations were too high? It's still very good but first I'll start with my disappointments. Does not include a remote control. My LG tv remote and a couple other devices will not control the sound so I have to use the app with those devices. I also added a sub to this soundbar. I'll write a separate review for the sub but in my opinion, my 13 year old Bose sounded a little better. Volume up and down are increments that are pre-determined. I find that sometimes the lowest increment is too loud, leaving no more adjustability. Which is unlike my old system that faded up or down, being infinitely adjustable. I also had issues setting up this system. It took awhile but ultimately after two hours everything seemed to be in working order. These are minor gripes that I did not expect with this premium product, therefor did not have much weight on my rating. Music does sound very good on this bar and my Apple Music subscription integrated perfectly in the app. The app is very nice and easy to use. I've tuned everything in the app. It sounds good and it has been working flawlessly since. Ultimately, I will be relying on the expandability of Sonos products to take this from very good to great.

I've had surround sound receivers and other sound bars but none compare to the Sonos. When I reviewed soundbars to go with a 65" TV with eARC that allows Dolby Atmos I wanted the best bang for my buck. I had to wait 3 months because of back orders but it was well worth the wait. This soundbar is incredible! I also went with the sub and surround speakers, yes expensive, believe me it's worth it. You will find yourself looking behind you often thinking there's water running or someone else is in the room, it's fantastic! I play music a lot, this system is awesome, the sound loud or soft is crystal clear and the bass is powerful. Buy it now or save and get it later, but get it!

I bought this sound-bar in conjunction with the LGCX65 and let me tell you that I don’t think I could be any more impressed. Any situation, at any volume is just concert quality sound. Ability to sync with my Apple Music library is a very nice feature as is the room tuning with the App. (Don’t forget to do this, it literally tunes the system to your room and I was able to notice the difference immediately.). Set up is extremely easy also, I was up and running in about ten minutes. Seamlessly integrated with my TV and Cable box remotes. Not an entry level product at an $800 price point, but this is absolutely a premium product that delivers premium sound. I can’t imagine anyone possibly being disappointed after hearing it.

Overall excellent quality. It integrates seamlessly with the TV and is easy to connect to other devices, including other devices in the Sonos ecosystem. I would recommend also getting the sub if you are going to watch a ton of movies, though.

This Sonos music system brings you truly into the concert hall or recording studio the moment you press “play”. Surround sound envelopes our living room with such reality, we often think the opening on a movie set door is as though someone is coming into our house! Setup takes hardly more than plugging everything in!

No regrets, I got this at an amazing deal before Christmas. Cheapest it's ever been. This sound bar paired with it's subwoofer is an absolute beast. Highly recommend. The sound quality is incredible and i love that you can build/add to it as you wish. It straight up sounds like a home theater. Simple and quick to set up up. It's has Bluetooth capability but it's main connection is through Wi-Fi. You can have multiple Sonos speakers and control each one simultaneously or individually through the phone app - Meaning you can have your entire househole/outdoor playing the exact same thing at equal or different volumes or have each one playing something different at the exact same time. Superb.

I actually bought the samsung q990c hoping to save some money. It lasted 30 minutes before it was boxed up and returned. The arc with 2 era 300s for surrounds is clear, articulate, dynamic and easy to use. If it helps, i also have a marantz, martin logan motion 40 and 50, 5.1.2 system. The sonos in no way matches it, but for ease of use and family friendly decor, the sonos system has taken over my living room and my other system is moving to the loft.

Who ever want this , go for it, sound is amazing, specially with movies, it makes you feel like you are inside the movie. Its pricey but it worth the money. I will not go with the installation at the wall because first is super heavy and the base for it directly from sonos is also expensive and it will change the noise once is installed with it, on the other hand there is some other "brackets" for it that work almost same way but for me it is heavy for the wall and already have a huge tv at that wall and another on same wall but behind it on the other room. I definitely recommend it, well constructed and quality of sound unbeaten from other soundbars i been testing including Samsung. Only not happy about it is that it doesn't have a remote control so everything has to be on the app.

Outstanding, once set up correctly. I had a hard time setting this up and connecting the sub. But after an hour, it all sync. Not as loud as my older surround sound, Bose. But I'm happy with it

I was on the fence with the Sonos Arc and Bose 900 soundbars. I finally decided to move forward with the Sonos Arc because the sound was very distinct coupled with the Sub (Gen 3). There was a nice balance between the highs and the lows. From movies to just playing songs through Spotify or Tidal, the Arc delivers amazing quality. It was fairly easy to set up through the app and allows for tweaking of the equalizer within the app. For the price, Sonos is the way to go!

    Sonos Arc, a phenomenal soundbar

I recently purchased the Sonos Arc to replace a JBL bar 5.1 soundbar that I was having nothing but problems with. First of all, even without satellite speakers the Arc's sound quality is amazing. I always purchase high end, flagship model tv's but have a habit for cheaping out on the audio. I have a good surround sound system in my living room, but this sound bar was meant for my master bedroom, which is where I end up watching the majority of TV and movies. Set up was a breeze, I got two stands for my satellite speakers and with a quick download of the app and few quick instructions followed, the soundbar was configured to the subwoofer and satellite speakers. The sound quality out of the Arc is amazing. This system brought depth to my TV and movies that the JBL bar 5.1 just couldn't compete with. I would hope so, considering the entire 2.1 setup costs around $2k. While the bar 5.1 was about $700. This unit does great job of pickup up and playing miss, highs and lows. The mode that focuses on spoken dialogue is amazing as well, many times while watching action movies, the dialogue gets drowned out by bangs and explosions. All I can say is, if you're on the fence about grabbing one of these set ups, don't hesitate. It was worth every dollar, I wish I would have made the purchase sooner.

This product has amazing sound and quality, although it's a little pricey. You really need the entire bundle to enjoy this system. The Arc is very dynamic, the sub has excellent base, and I'm using the One SL's for rears and they provide an excellent addition to the surround sound feature. Everything easily connects into its own ecosystem, and that's quite nice. The nighttime sound mode definitely helps if you have sleeping members within your house. I'm not really impressed with Dolby Atmos function because I don't really hear it but the two rear speakers definitely adds to the surround sound capability. This leads me to another point, you can only add two extra speakers to the Arc system. So, If you wanted to further increase your surround sound capability, you can't. Also on the negative side is the lack of using streaming services like YouTube or streaming video from your phone. Although this is a great sound system, I feel like these are basic things that should have been included for the price. The last drawback on this system would be the fact that they don't support Android platform in its entirety. So, if you want to tune the system with the app auto feature, then you're going to have to borrow an iPhone from a friend or family member.

I bought this today to pair with my LG G4 65" OLED EVO TV from Best Buy. Pairing was easy. Sound (without the subwoofer, which i didn't buy) perfectly paired with my LG OLED G4. Great bass and audio in Dolby Atmos were very clear. I watched Citadel on Amazon. Sounds were clear and loud. You'll be amazed. Highly recommended!

I wasn’t sure how good this soundbar would be because the in-store demo audio isn’t that telling. I did the curbside pickup and it came in a pretty well packaged box. It made me feel like I was unboxing some serious equipment. It was simple to hook up and all ran though the Sonos app on your phone. The whole audio setup is pretty intuitive before you actually start to use it. I tested different types of sound from action movies down to drama. The balance is real nice. The problem I’ve had with other soundbars was that I had a tough time hearing dialogue and always had to adjust the volume for that and when it switched to action. You also have the ability to adjust bass and treble through the app which is nice. The feature that I really like is night mode. This is very convenient if you have neighbors connected to you like in a row home or condo or if you have a child sleeping. This mode will boost audio for dialogue and scale back the audio impact of action sounds like explosions so that you never have to adjust the volume. You can buy a separate subwoofer for this or even speakers to create more of a realistic surround experience, but really, this soundbar is good enough to stand on its own without any of it. The price tag is hefty, but you get what you pay for. A friend of mine is a home theater buff like I am, so it was cool to see his reaction. I have this hooked up to a LG OLED CX. He was highly impressed with the TV, but was even more impressed with the soundbar, so to me that was saying a lot.
